CLIENT ACCESS:

Corporate and Institutional

Our Corporate and Institutional advisory practice began in a small conference room on Wall Street over 25 years ago where we were representing a group of businesses men pursuing the acquisition of a company founded by one of the principal's grandfathers in the late 1800's.

We have had the good fortune to remain actively involved in that business to build a very successful multi-generational family owned business. The focus since day one has been limited to profitable growth; the result is a niche business with the highest recognized quality and profitability in their market segment.

Our common sense financial and investment advisory philosophy extends to all aspects of our advisory practice. Evidence suggests the majority of Mergers and Acquisitions fail to enhance shareholder value; most result in excessive debt leading to financial stress. An objective historical review of 401(k) plans, endowments and other institutional assets over the last several decades shows that performance falls far short of a risk free investment approach as most assets are accumulated without any regard to valuation.
